**Free shipping on every order.**

**Processing time**
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

**Delivery time**
Estimated delivery is 10–21 business days after dispatch for the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe and Australia. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch. You can follow your parcel at any time on our Track your order page.

**Priority Shipping**
If you add Priority Shipping at checkout, your order is prepared first and shipped with express tracking.

**Delays**
High demand or customs checks can occasionally add a few days. If your order is affected, we will keep you informed by email. Every order is fully insured: if a parcel is lost in transit, we will send a replacement or refund you in full.

**Duties and taxes**
Prices include all applicable taxes. Import duties, where they apply, are the responsibility of the customer.
