If you are not satisfied with your Vframe order for any reason, you can return it within **60 days** of delivery for a full refund or exchange. **How to start a return** 1. Email us at dorinmarius2001@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. 2. We will reply within 24 hours with the return address and instructions. 3. Ship the item back in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, with all pads included). **Refunds** Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and issue the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. **Exchanges** Wrong size? Contact us and we will send the correct size as soon as the original is on its way back. **Damaged or incorrect items** If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
